- Enter your online purchase details and order number, then click the verification button.
- Official website orders: Enter the order number from 'My Orders' (format: RS0000123456)
- If you purchased your pass offline, please contact customer support.
- Flight E-Ticket (showing Busan Gimhae Airport and the passenger's name)
- Busan hotel payment receipt or voucher
- Passport entry stamp: Date of entry, passport holder's name
- Photo taken during your visit to Busan: Date and identifiable person(s)
- All supporting documents must match the English name and nationality shown in the purchase record.
- One application per person (No duplicate applications.)
